本協議旨在建立夥伴與Eat100之間的合作關係，讓貴公司的剩餘食物可以在我們的應用程式平台上架供消費者購買。 條款及細則：

 

a. 食物供應與品質：

i. 餐飲夥伴將根據每日剩餘食物的數量和品質來確定剩餘食物的供應量和類型。

ii. 餐飲夥伴沒有義務每天提供特定數量的剩餘食物。

iii. 餐飲夥伴同意提供符合相關食品安全法規的安全食物。

 

b. 價格與折扣：

i. 平台不收取任何費用。

ii. 神秘袋的價格將由餐飲夥伴與我們共同協商議定。

 

c. 取貨與包裝：

i. 餐飲夥伴將確保剩餘食物經適當包裝，並準備好供消費者取貨。

ii. 我們將提供包裝袋，同時鼓勵消費者自備容器或袋子。

 

d. 付款與結算：

i. Eat100將處理所有消費者的付款和交易處理。

ii. 餐飲夥伴將按照已協商的收入分成模型（每筆交易收取10%的費用）定期從Eat100獲得剩餘食物的付款，結算週期為每月一次。

 

e. 解約：

i. 任何一方都可以提前30天以書面形式終止本協議。

ii. 在解約情況下，任何未付款項或負債將在30天內結清。 我們期待與貴公司建立成功的合作關係，攜手合作減少食物浪費。

This agreement is to establish a partnership between Business Partner and Eat100, wherein surplus food from your establishment will be made available for purchase through our mobile application. Terms and Conditions:

 

a. Food Availability and Quality:

i.  The availability and types of surplus food will be determined by Business Partner on a daily basis, considering the quantity and quality of the excess food.

ii. There is no obligation for Business Partner to supply a specific quantity of surplus food every day.

iii. Business Partner agrees to provide surplus food that is safe for consumption, adhering to all relevant food safety regulations.

 

b. Pricing and Discounts:

i. There is no platform fee.

ii. The price of surprise bags will be mutually agreed upon between Business Partner.

 

c. Collection and Packaging:

i. Business Partner will ensure that the surplus food is appropriately packaged and ready for collection by customers.

ii. Packaging bags will be provided by us, while we encourage customers to bring their own containers or bags.

 

d. Payment and Settlement:

i. Eat100 will handle all customer payments and transaction processing.

ii. Business Partner will receive regular payments from Eat100 for the surplus food sold on a monthly basis, based on the agreed-upon revenue-sharing model (i.e. 10% fee for each transaction).

 

e. Termination:

i. Either party may terminate this agreement by providing a written notice of 30 days in advance.

ii. In the event of termination, any outstanding payments or liabilities will be settled within 30 days.
